Paul Carnegie

Paul Carnegie currently serves as the Chief Underwriting Officer at Velocity Risk, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Paul was the Head of Commercial Lines & Alternative Risk at Hiscox for four years, from January 2019 to January 2023.
