Nikki Buchan

Nikki Buchan has extensive work experience in human resources and recruitment. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at VelocityEHS, starting as a Human Resources Director and currently serving as a Sr. Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked at TEEMA Solutions Group Inc as a Talent Manager from 2014 to 2015. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Organizational Solutions Inc. as a Human Resources and Recruitment Lead. Before that, they held the role of Branch Manager, Trainer, and Account Executive at AppleOne Employment Services - All-In-One Canada from 2005 to 2008. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Staffing Manager at Accounting Advantage / All-In-One Canada, and from 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Staffing Consultant at AppleOne Employment Services - All-In-One Canada.

Nikki Buchan obtained an Executive Education degree in Human Resources Management and Business Leadership from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Human Resources Management Certificate with a focus on Advanced Business Administration - Human Resources from Sheridan College between 2000 and 2003.
