Arun Jayabalan

Arun Jayabalan has a strong background in customer support and engineering roles. Arun started as a Transmission Engineer at Aarvi Encon Private Limited in 2010 before moving on to Lobo Staffing Solutions Private Limited as a Transmission Engineer in 2011. Arun then transitioned to Tata Communications, where they held roles as a Customer Support Executive and later as a Senior Customer Support Engineer from 2013 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Velocix as a Customer Support Team Lead.

From 2006 to 2010, Arun Jayabalan attended Pondicherry Engineering College and obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
