Wensi(Steven) Liu

Wensi Liu, also known as Steven Liu, has a diverse range of work experience in the cycling industry. Wensi(Steven) started their career in 2019 at Pierik's Cycle, where they worked as a Sales/Mechanic. During this time, they provided customers with a premium shopping experience, demonstrated mechanical and problem-solving skills, and performed bike repairs responsibly and efficiently.

In 2019, they also worked as a Mechanic at Gears Oakville, further enhancing their mechanical expertise. Following this, in 2021, they joined Aviso Wealth as a Customer Service Representative, excelling in assisting customers with finance-related queries and achieving a 100% customer satisfaction rate in just two months.

In 2021, Wensi returned to the cycling industry, joining the Velofix Group of Companies as a Lead Technician. In this role, they effectively developed and managed the Greater Toronto service area, making decisions on parts purchase, work flow, and scheduling. Wensi(Steven) also had a previous stint at Velofix as a Lead Technician in 2021, where they contributed to the team.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at BikeDepot Inc. as a Senior Mechanic/Supervisor, showcasing their mechanical proficiency through advanced repairs such as suspension rebuilds and electronic drivetrain tuning. Wensi(Steven) also supervised junior mechanics on bike builds and repairs.

Most recently, in 2022, Wensi joined the Velofix Group of Companies once again as a Lead Technician, continuing to excel in their role. Overall, their work experience highlights their expertise in bike mechanics, customer service, and leadership within the cycling industry.

Wensi(Steven) Liu completed their secondary education at St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Secondary School from 2013 to 2017. Wensi(Steven) obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma during this period. Later, from 2017 to 2022, Wensi pursued their higher education at the University of Toronto. There, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management.
