Georgios Gultidis

Head of Customer Success at Velory

Georgios Gultidis has extensive work experience with a focus on customer success, business development, and management roles. Georgios most recently worked at Velory as the Head of Customer Success, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Velory from February 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Velory, they were a Partner at Borama Sverige AB from September 2018 to August 2020. Georgios also worked at Relatable as a Business Development Manager from March 2018 to February 2019. Georgios had previous experience at Velory as a Business Unit Manager from January 2016 to March 2018, and at Academic Work as a Business Unit Manager from January 2016 to September 2016. Their earlier experience includes working as a Client Success Manager at Taxi Stockholm from April 2014 to April 2016.

Georgios Gultidis has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and System Science, which they obtained from Stockholm University. Georgios completed this degree from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Uppsala University, studying Business Administration. Additionally, in 2010 to 2011, Georgios studied Political Science I at Stockholm University.

In terms of certifications, Georgios has obtained several. In November 2022, they completed the "Head of Customer Success" certification from Impact Academy Customer Success. In February 2022, they also obtained the "Customer Success Management" certification from the same institution. Furthermore, in May 2020, Georgios completed the "G Suite Administration Specialization" certification from Coursera.
