John Aiken

John Aiken, M. Ed., CTMS has a strong work history in training and talent development. John started as the National Director of Sales Force Development at LabCorp in 2005 and moved on to roles such as Vice President at Corporate Training Consultants, Director at Cornerstone Therapeutics, Vice President at Praelia Pharmaceuticals, Director at Bioventus, and Senior Director at Golden Corral Corporation. Their most recent position was as Senior Director of Training and Talent Development at Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they have been since 2022. Their experience includes developing training strategies, leading learning and development teams, and overseeing various training programs for employees at each organization.

John Aiken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with minors in American Sign Language and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. John then went on to obtain a Master's in Education with a focus on Adult Education/Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix in the years 2002-2004.
