Alex Pefanis has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Alex began their career in 2000 as a CRM and Database Developer at Open System Software. In 2005, Alex joined M-Stat as an Account Manager, where they managed relationships with mobile game developers and content aggregators, developed marketing proposals, and managed game portals. In 2010, they moved to Velti as a Project Manager, where they successfully launched SMS marketing campaigns for clients such as Wind Greece, O2 Slovakia, Zantel Tanzania, Qtel Qatar, and MBC. Alex then progressed to Senior Project Manager and Director of Performance Marketing, leading teams, developing strategies, and working closely with clients to create customized marketing solutions. In their most recent role as VP of Client Success (Apps & Revenue Generation), Alex is responsible for managing regional project teams, optimizing processes, and overseeing the Business Intelligence team to provide valuable insights. Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Alex Pefanis has a strong educational background in the fields of e-Commerce and Computing Science. Their education history includes an MSc in e-Commerce from The University of Manchester, which was completed between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc(Hons) in Computing Science from Staffordshire University, which they completed between 1998 and 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Alex Pefanis also obtained a certification in Leadership Development Workshop from Linkage, Inc. in September 2014.
