Elena Arregui Jaeger is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the field of business development and management. Currently serving as Senior Business Development Director for the Southwest Europe Region and Market Director at VELUX Iberia since November 2004, Elena is responsible for business operations in Spain and Portugal, focusing on strategic initiatives and team leadership to drive growth. Prior to this role, Elena held the position of Managing Director for Spain, overseeing the complete P&L of the business, and served as Sales and Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager at Quilosa - Selena Iberia, S.L.U. Elena's academic background includes a Leadership Programme at IMD (2023-2024), a Tailor-Made MBA from Henley Business School (2007-2008), an Executive MBA from IE Business School (2003-2004), and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from EBP and FH Münster, complemented by a German Abitur and Spanish EVAU from Deutsche Schule Madrid.
