Katja Malo Herseth

Katja Malo Herseth currently serves as the EA to the Executive Vice President of People and Organisation at VELUX since June 2021. Previously, Katja worked at Flügger group A/S as EA to the CEO from October 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities included driving corporate strategy, facilitating key HR initiatives, and preparing strategic presentations for management and the Board of Directors. Prior to this, Katja held various roles at SDC, including Personal Assistant to the IT Executive Development Director and Resource Manager for Retail Banking, which involved management reporting and employee development. Early career experience includes positions as a Student Assistant at Atea Danmark and Alm Brand. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Business studies from Roskilde University, as well as an Associate's degree in Service Economics from Copenhagen Business Academy North.
