Jose Napoleon Valencia, MBA, is an experienced production and engineering manager with a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Production Manager at Velvac Inc. since October 2020, Valencia has previously held production management positions at LSC Communications and RR Donnelley, where key responsibilities included KPI implementation and management of cost reduction projects. With foundational roles at Esselte, Corning Cable Systems, LG Electronics, AMETEK, and Panasonic Automotive Systems, Valencia has developed expertise in leading cross-functional teams, coordinating Kaizen events, and applying lean principles to enhance operational efficiency. Valencia holds an MBA in Quality & Productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio and two bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Education.
