Katie Cassida

Katie Cassida is currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Velvet Caviar since April 2024. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at Victrola from September 2020 to April 2024, including Commercial Operations Manager and Forecasting and Demand Planning Manager. Earlier experience includes Sales Operations at Sound United from February 2018 to April 2020, Operations Manager at Bell Rock Growers from January 2016 to May 2017, and Sales Operations Specialist at Antenna79 from 2014 to 2016. Katie began a career in Sales Operations at LifeProof from 2012 to 2014. Educational background includes a BA in Journalism from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Certificate in Event Management from the University of San Diego. Additionally, Katie attended Purdue University and earned an Honors Diploma from McCutcheon High School.
