Paula Gonçalves Ferreira

Paula Gonçalves Ferreira has a wealth of experience in operations and strategy. Paula began their career in 2012 as an Estagiária at Método Potencial Engenharia S.A., followed by a Trainee role and then an Engenheira de Planejamento e Controle. In 2016, they began working at Laureate International Universities, where they held the roles of Gerente Nacional de Planejamento, Gerente Nacional de Planejamento, Obras e Projetos, and Coordenadora de Planejamento de Operações. In 2020, they joined Zé Delivery as a Regional Operations Manager @ Zé Delivery | Vem Pro Zé. Most recently, they began working at Loft in 2021 as a Strategy & Operations Lead. Paula is currently employed at VELVET as an Operations Lead.

Paula Gonçalves Ferreira has an extensive educational background. In 2008, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. In 2013, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma from GPS (Global Productivity Solutions) and Gerenciamento de Projetos - PMI from Método Engenharia - In Company. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking and Business English from The College of Saint Rose in 2014. In 2017, they completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Corporate Strategy from BSP - Business School São Paulo. Finally, they are currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Executive MBA from BSP - Business School São Paulo, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
