Christopher Pitcher, MDes, MBA

Christopher Pitcher has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles and industries. Christopher currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Creation.Space. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of The Canvas from 2020 to 2021. Christopher also co-founded Empact Labs in 2017, where they served as the CEO and focused on combining technology and storytelling to create immersive experiences. In 2019, they worked as the Head of Partnerships at EQ eco, leading brand partnerships and activations for the PLANET HOME event. Christopher was also the Chief Executive Officer of Footprints from 2013 to 2019, where they oversaw the business plan, content creation, and website design. Additionally, they co-founded The Sights and Sounds Media House in 2014, aiming to use design and media to support socially responsible and sustainability-focused organizations. Earlier in their career, Christopher held managerial and ownership positions at 80's Babies Productions, The Priti Life, and lululemon athletica. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong focus on entrepreneurial ventures, immersive storytelling, and sustainability.

Christopher Pitcher, MDes, MBA completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with an emphasis on Business Management from Occidental College from 2004 to 2008. During their time at Occidental College, they also minored in studio art. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master of Design (MDes) from the Illinois Institute of Technology, specializing in Design Thinking.
