Monika Rathi is an accomplished professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Country Head for Vena India, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Engineering & Performance at Vena Energy, as well as leading business development for EPC India and Southeast Asia at Mahindra Susten. Earlier career highlights feature positions such as Operations Leader at GE Power & Water and roles at GE Energy and GE Global Research. Monika Rathi holds a Master's degree in Power Electronics and Controls from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and completed an Executive Education program in Corporate Renewable Procurement at Imperial College London.
