Megan Filgiano

Megan Filgiano is a seasoned professional in enablement and training with extensive experience in program design and execution. Currently serving as the Director of Enablement Programs & Planning at Vena Solutions, Megan has a strong record of creating and enhancing onboarding experiences and certification programs for various roles, including customer success and sales. Prior to this role, Megan held multiple positions at Vena Solutions focused on training operations and process optimization. Megan also contributed to Copper as an Onboarding Manager, where a successful webinar series was launched. Earlier career experience includes account management at The Select Group, where relationships with technical hiring managers were cultivated. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from McMaster University.
