Melissa Udvari

Melissa Udvari has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Melissa began their career as a Program Coordinator at Canada Linc in 2008 and later worked as an Administrative Assistant at The Canadian Institute. In 2010, Melissa joined Achievers as an Office Administrator and later transitioned to roles as an HR Specialist and HR Generalist. Melissa then moved to Tulip Retail, where they served as a Manager and later as a Director of People & Culture. Most recently, Melissa has been with Vena Solutions, initially working as a Senior HR Business Partner before progressing to Director and Senior Director roles within People Operations & Programs.

Melissa Udvari attended Conestoga College from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2003 to 2007. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn.
