Jose Fuentes Castillo

Jose Fuentes Castillo is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Venafi since April 2023, with a diverse background in software engineering and team leadership. Currently, Jose also serves as Team Lead and has progressed through various roles, including Staff Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Jetstack since August 2019. Previous experience includes engineering roles at Bitnami from January 2016 to May 2019 and as a Software Developer at Wellness Telecom from March 2015 to January 2016. Additionally, Jose worked as a Research Scholar at AICIA, focusing on WSN communication gateways and IoT connectivity from June 2013 to March 2015. Jose holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla, completed in 2018.
