Sitaram Iyer

Sitaram Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sitaram started their career in 2000 as an Application Developer at Covansys India Ltd. In 2002, they joined TIBCO, where they held various positions, including Senior Architect, Director of Global Pre-sales, and Director of Developer Enablement Strategy. At TIBCO, Iyer worked closely with customers to help them with their API-led integration strategy and accelerate their digital transformation. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Apigee. Since 2019, Iyer has been working at Venafi as a Senior Director, Cloud Native Solutions. In this role, they focus on empowering developers and platform teams with services that enable them to build and deploy applications securely, especially as organizations embark on their cloud native journey.

Sitaram Iyer completed their Master's degree in Computer Applications from Bangalore University from 1998 to 2000. Sitaram also holds several certifications from The Linux Foundation, including CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator obtained in June 2021, CKS: Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist obtained in October 2021, and CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer obtained in July 2020. Additionally, Sitaram Iyer is scheduled to speak at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2022, organized by The Linux Foundation.
