Stefanie Bailey

Stefanie Bailey has a diverse work experience in customer success and program management roles. Stefanie currently works at Venafi as a Customer Success Program Lead. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Enablement Program Manager at BlackLine, where they developed effective enablement programs for Customer Success and managed playbooks and lifecycle management content. Before joining BlackLine, Stefanie worked at Planful, where they held various roles including Customer Success Operations Specialist/PM and Customer Success Program Manager. Stefanie was also recognized as the 2019 CSM of the Year and had the responsibility of ensuring customer adoption, renewal, and growth. Stefanie started their career at CustomInk as a Sales and Service Representative, and later served as a Sales and Service Lead.

Stefanie Bailey obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno.
