Daniel Wild

Daniel Wild has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel started their career in 2009 at the University of Teesside, where they worked as an ICT student until 2013. During this time, they gained foundational knowledge in the field of information and communication technology. In 2011, Daniel took on a role at IBM as a System x Technical Support Analyst-Placement, where they provided technical support for the company's systems. Daniel remained at IBM until 2012, furthering their expertise in technical support. Following their time at IBM, Daniel joined Hewlett-Packard as a Unix application support analyst, where they handled support for Unix applications until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Daniel worked at DXC Technology as an Application Support Analyst, providing support for various applications. Daniel then moved on to Venator Materials Plc in 2017, where they began as a Global Shared Service Analyst. In 2019, they transitioned into the role of ITAM Asset Analyst. Throughout their career, Daniel has gained valuable experience in IT support and analysis, with a focus on application support and technical expertise.

Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, Daniel attended Stockton Sixth Form, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained various certifications. These include Agile KickOff and PMI Waterfall KickOff from the Project Management Institute in June 2023, Fundamentals of Commercial and Contract Management from World Commerce & Contracting in February 2023, Snow Desktop and End User Licensing, Snow Server and Enterprise Licensing, and Snow Platform Foundations from Snow Software in 2022 and 2021 respectively.

Lastly, they obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certification in October 2013, although the institution where they obtained this certification is unknown.
