Katherine C. Harper

Katherine C. Harper has extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations, currently serving as the Non Executive Director and Board Chair at Venator Materials Plc. Additionally, Katherine holds the position of Non Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Modine Manufacturing Company and serves on the Audit Committee for Sasol.
