Kurt Ogden

Kurt D. Ogden is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Venator. Mr. Ogden served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Finance of Huntsman Corporation from February 2009 until August 2017 and as Director, Corporate Finance from October 2004 to February 2009. Between 2000 and 2004, he was Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis with Hillenbrand Industries and Vice President Treasurer with Pliant Corporation. Mr. Ogden began his career with Huntsman Chemical Corporation in 1993 and held various positions with related companies up to 2000. Mr. Ogden is a Certified Public Accountant.
