Michela Panichi

Michela Panichi started their work experience as a Research Assistant at Fondazione Stella Maris in August 2009. Michela then worked as a Researcher at Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche from January 2009 to May 2012. In 2011, they were a Visiting Researcher at UC Santa Barbara from May to December. In 2012, they joined Calvelli rsp as an HR Specialist & Commercial/Technical Advisor until December 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as an HR Generalist at Huntsman Tioxide. In 2017, they joined Venator Materials Plc as an HR Manager, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Group HR Manager at MONNALISA since April 2022.

Michela Panichi completed their Bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology at Università degli Studi di Firenze from 2003 to 2006. Michela then pursued a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from the same institution, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology/Cognitive Sciences at Università degli Studi di Firenze from 2009 to 2012.
