Nick Latham has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Nick started their career in 1993 as a UK's Most Enterprising Student at Shell Technology Enterprise Programme (STEP), where they worked on a summer project analyzing and improving raw materials consumption for a manufacturing company. Nick then joined Nortel Networks as a Senior Research Engineer from 1994 to 1997.
In 1997, Nick joined EY as an Auditor, where they worked until 2000. During their time at EY, they also served as a Corporate Finance Lead Advisory from 2000 to 2002.
From 2002 to 2004, Nick worked at Procter & Gamble as an Accounts Payable Team Lead. Nick then joined DHP Southern Ltd (t/a Emgao) as a Company Accountant from 2004 to 2005.
In 2005, Nick started working at Huntsman Corporation as a Business Reporting Controller, a role they held for 12 years until 2017.
Since 2017, Nick has been with Venator Materials Plc, a NYSE-listed global chemical company, where they initially served as a Business Reporting Controller. Currently, they are the Director of Corporate Accounting, responsible for directing the corporate consolidation and reporting group, including the central product costing function and financial systems support.
Nick Latham attended The University of Sheffield from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering (Communications) and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree (BEng Hons). Additionally, they have obtained the FCA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
