Frances Anderson

Systems Engineer Senior Staff at Vencore, Inc.

Frances Anderson has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the engineering field. Frances started their career in 2003 as an Engineering Specialist at The Aerospace Corporation, where they supported multiple program offices with software systems acquisition expertise. Frances also advised on software issues in satellite systems and performed independent assessments for customers including NASA and the Justice Department. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Senior Project Engineer at the same company, providing software and systems engineering advice to Intelligence Community program offices and organizations. Frances then joined Dynamics Research Corporation in 2012 as a Principal Staff Consultant, where they evaluated program schedule, performance, and acquisition/development strategies for major weapon programs. In 2013, they joined The SI Organization, Inc. as a Systems Engineer Senior Staff, providing systems engineering support to senior government customers and achieving approval for a new service in the IC ITE portfolio. Currently, they hold the position of Systems Engineer Senior Staff at Vencore Inc., a role they have held since 2014.

Frances Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from the University of Richmond. Frances also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition to their degrees, Frances has obtained a certification as a SAFe Agilist from the Scaled Agile Academy.
