We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who will play a critical role in helping our Go-To-Market (GTM) team achieve their sales and attainment goals. About the Job

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, your mission is to drive the revenue processes that empower the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to achieve sales and revenue performance and attainment goals. Your role involves leveraging deep analytical skills to utilize analytics, reporting, and data streams to provide actionable performance insights and strategic recommendations at the executive level. You will optimize forecasting, territory planning, and business reviews, contributing to improved productivity and scalability. Your technical expertise ensures accurate data generation, process optimization, and efficient problem resolution, fostering collaboration across operational functions. You will deliver critical insights in real-time to inform decisions and processes, covering revenue, forecasting, marketing performance, churn performance, and sales performance.

Your Impact

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll work with the sales leadership team to:

  • Own and drive revenue processes to maximize sales and attainment.

  • Present findings and strategic recommendations at the executive level.

  • Develop and interpret performance metrics to support decision-making.

  • Lead process optimization and automation initiatives.

  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics across departments.

What You Bring to the Table

You possess a deep understanding of analytics, reporting, data streams, and key performance indicators (KPIs), coupled with advanced skills in data analysis tools and the ability to perform on-demand ad hoc queries. Your expertise in forecasting, territory planning, and management is complemented by a proven track record in driving process optimization and automation initiatives. You excel at problem-solving and have a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all reports and analysis. Additionally, you bring strong technical proficiency, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business need
