Hemant Naidu is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director Of Engineering at Vendasta since October 2019, Hemant oversees an effective engineering organization comprising nine direct reports and approximately 100 indirect reports, driving strategy and engineering processes. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Vendasta, where Hemant successfully managed multiple development teams, and Software Development Engineer III/Team Lead at Yardi, responsible for leading teams in smart home solutions. Hemant's career also includes consulting positions at Siemens Transportation Group and Associated Radiologists, and software development roles at Beagle Productions, Point2, and The Co-operators. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
