Jupe Arala

Jupe Arala is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as General Partner at Vendep Capital since March 2017, Jupe previously held roles as Founding Partner at Vendep Startup Fund and Senior Partner at Vendep Oy, a prominent early-stage startup investor and accelerator, from 2010 to 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Partner at Laakeri Media Oy, which merged with Vendep in 2010, and as Arena Consultant at JHC Arena Holding. Jupe also founded Jalapeno Group Oy (Koulukaverit.com) in 2002. Academically, Jupe holds an International MBA in General Management and Finance from Helsinki School of Economics and a BBA in Marketing from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
