Erin Rowland has a diverse range of work experience in the retail industry. Starting in 2008, they began as a Brand Rep for Justice before attending the Sam M. Walton College of Business as an Undergraduate Student from 2011 to 2015. Erin then joined JCPenney in 2015 as a Business Analyst Trainee, where they gained hands-on exposure to the retail business and allocation flow strategies. Erin was later promoted to the role of Enterprise Business Analyst, where they successfully managed multiple footwear and handbag brands and implemented new reports for tracking merchandise success. Erin then transitioned to the role of Assistant Buyer, managing different brands and spearheading the launch of new product categories. In 2019, they joined Walmart as an Associate Buyer and progressed to the role of Omni Associate Merchant, responsible for merchandise planning and managing inventory. Their most recent position was with VENDO as a Strategic Account Manager, starting in January 2023. Overall, Erin has demonstrated a track record of leadership, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of retail operations throughout their career.

Erin Rowland had their education spanning over two institutions. Erin began their academic journey at Pulaski Academy from 1997 to 2011, where they obtained a student degree with a focus on General Studies. Following their time at Pulaski Academy, they attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville from 2011 to 2015. At the university, Erin pursued their undergraduate degree in Retail with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management.
