Jojo Amuquandoh has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Starting in 2016, Jojo worked for Hope Aero as an Aviation Technician, where they analyzed and interpreted assembly specifications for aircraft operations. They also assembled and disassembled aircraft wheels and achieved a 5% increase in customer retention. From 2020 to 2021, Jojo worked as an Automotive Technician at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, conducting routine maintenance on a high volume of vehicles and completing customer orders efficiently. In 2022, Jojo interned at Molson Coors Beverage Company, developing customer relations, providing high-level customer service, and creating budget reports that resulted in decreased expenses. Following the internship, Jojo joined Penske Truck Leasing as a Senior Rental Representative in 2022, where they generated new business leads, managed inventory, and made sales calls. Currently, Jojo is working as a Compliance Sales Specialist at VendorPM, starting in 2023.
Jojo Amuquandoh began their education in 2018, pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Retail Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management - Toronto Metropolitan University. They also simultaneously enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom program with a focus on Retail Management at Ryerson University. They are expected to complete both degrees in 2023.
In addition to their academic pursuits, Jojo has obtained several certifications related to social media marketing. In 2021, they completed courses in Advertising on Facebook, Advertising on Instagram, Advertising on YouTube, Become a Social Media Marketer, Marketing on Twitter, Social Media Marketing for Small Business, Social Media Marketing: ROI, Social Media Marketing: Strategy and Optimization, Social Media Marketing Foundations, and Social Media Marketing: Managing Online Communities. These certifications were obtained through the platform LinkedIn in November and December of 2021.
