Marshal Peacock

Marshal Peacock is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as the Manager of EMEA Customer Success at Vendr since May 2023 and a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software since September 2020. Previously, Marshal held the position of Head of Customer Success at Gravity Sketch from May 2020 to December 2022 and served in various roles at InVision, including Senior and Enterprise Customer Success Manager from August 2018 to May 2020. Marshal also held roles at Influitive as Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager from October 2015 to August 2018, and contributed to Start Proud - Fier départ as Board Director and Executive Vice President from October 2013 to March 2018. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Associate at KPMG from October 2012 to October 2015. Marshal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University and is a CPA member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, additionally completing an international exchange program in International Business at Corvinus University of Budapest in 2011.
