Kristi Harding has been working in compliance roles for over 20 years, with experience at companies such as Venerable, Voya Financial, and ING US. Starting as a Manager at ING US, Kristi has progressed to Vice President and ultimately to their current role as SVP, Chief Compliance Officer at Venerable. With a background in paralegal studies, Kristi is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the compliance function in their current role.
