Blair DeHart is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the casino and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Director of Casino Marketing at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since July 2023, Blair DeHart specializes in innovative marketing strategies that enhance revenue, guest loyalty, and brand visibility. Previously, Blair worked as a Marketing Executive at MGM Resorts International, overseeing marketing initiatives to promote business awareness, and as a Senior Account Manager at Las Vegas Sands Corp., planning marketing events to boost guest satisfaction. With foundational roles at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, ARIA Resort & Casino, Station Casinos, Wynn Resorts, and Bellagio, Blair DeHart has consistently demonstrated expertise in player development, operations management, and team leadership. Blair DeHart holds a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University.
