Jason Luong

Jason Luong is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in high-volume recruiting and team member experience. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition and Team Member Experience at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since September 2021, Jason has previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruiter. Prior to this, Jason worked at Station Casinos in corporate talent acquisition, where performance metrics were leveraged to achieve results. Jason's background includes experience at NBCUniversal, Inc. as Project Director, where over 250 independent contractors were hired annually, and at U.S. Bank as Banking Center Manager, overseeing a team of personal bankers. Additionally, Jason held the position of AVP; Financial Center Manager III at Bank of America, managing large banking centers to optimize customer service.
