Laurent Combelles is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since October 2003, Laurent has been an Assistant Executive Pastry Chef at The Venetian | The Palazzo, Resort Hotel & Casino under Las Vegas Sands Corp. Prior to this role, Laurent served as Pastry Chef Tournant and worked at Ritz Carlton Kapalua from February 1996 to March 2002 as Assistant Pastry Chef. Laurent began the culinary journey in January 1995 as Pastry Master Cook at Le Carlton Intercontinental Cannes, following education at Lycée Francis de Croisset where Laurent earned a CAP BEP in Cuisine.
