Susanne Wærholm Bærheim

Susanne Wærholm Bærheim has a diverse work experience in various industries. Susanne Wærholm is currently a Board Member at Viking Fotball and the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) at Veni, both starting in 2023. Prior to these roles, they worked at Concorde Invest AS as a Co-Owner/Advisor specializing in investments, branding, and marketing.

From 2019 to 2023, they were a Lecturer in the Department of Marketing at Handelshøyskolen BI. Before that, they served as a Managing Partner/Advisor at Collegium Management AS, where they provided communication and marketing consultancy services to clients.

In 2013, Susanne served as the Group Communication Manager at Global Maritime Group, responsible for the group's communication strategy and implementation. Susanne Wærholm was also a Member of the Board at The Norwegian Communication Association (Norsk kommunikasjonsforening) from 2013 to 2015.

Prior to that, they worked at Skanem as a Branding & Communication Manager and at Catalyst Marketing (now part of Wax Communications) as an Account Manager in London.

From 2021 to 2021, they attended BI Norwegian Business School and obtained a Certificate of Qualification for Basic Pedagogical Competence in the field of Pedagogy.

In 2017, they completed a program at the Digital Marketing Institute and became a Certified Digital Marketing Professional, focusing on Digital Marketing.

Between 2010 and 2013, they pursued a Master of Management (MAM) degree at BI Norwegian Business School, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.

In 2005, they received a Diploma from The Institute of Promotional Marketing, specializing in Sales Promotions.

From 1999 to 2001, they studied at the University of South Australia and earned a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) degree, specializing in Marketing.

In 1999, they also attended the University of Bergen (UiB) for a short period without obtaining a specific degree, focusing on Organizational Psychology.

From 1997 to 1998, they pursued 1.avd Jus (1st part Law) at the University of Bergen (UiB).
