Reut Tiger

Reut Tiger has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. They started their career as a Recruiter at Codex Marketing in 2014, where they were responsible for conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and guiding them through the job search process. In 2015, they joined Aman Group as a Recruiter and continued to evaluate CVs, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process. Reut then worked at Carbyne (Previously Reporty) from 2016 to 2018 as an HR professional, where they managed all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, selection, employee support, and welfare activities. They joined Promo.com in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later became the Head of HR, responsible for developing recruiting strategies, building a talent acquisition team, and leading HR functions for a rapidly growing organization. Currently, Reut Tiger is working as the Head of People at Venn, starting from 2022.

Reut Tiger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Reichman University, where they attended from 2013 to 2015.
