Jaclyn D. Schroeder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in philanthropic advising and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Philanthropic Advisor at U.S. Bank, Jaclyn provides guidance to individuals and families to realize their charitable visions while also collaborating with nonprofit organizations to secure significant donations. Previous roles include Vice President of Advancement at College Possible, where support for low-income students was prioritized, and Chief Development Officer at Living Well Disability Services, managing development and marketing efforts. Jaclyn has also held positions at Stinson LLP as an attorney and has significant experience in philanthropic planning from roles at The Saint Paul Foundation and Children's Home Society & Family Services. Educational qualifications include a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and advanced degrees in African American History/American Studies and English Literature.

Venn Foundation
Venn Foundation is a nonprofit public charity on a mission to unleash the full power of Program-Related Investments (PRIs) to achieve charitable impact. Our vision is to create a new category of flexible, below-market-rate investment capital that can be directed creatively to projects and organizations across all sectors that are helping advance charitable goals. By opening a special donor-advised fund called a Venn Account, any philanthropic individual or entity can recommend that their tax-advantaged, charitable donations be used by Venn to make PRIs. Venn can syndicate any one PRI among any combination of Venn Accounts. Financial returns from these PRIs go back to participating Venn Accounts for donors to recommend redeployment into new PRIs or as grants to nonprofits.
