Emma Walker

She started her career at Venn Group in February 2005 as a consultant and member of the Finance Division within the Birmingham Office. In 2008, She was given the opportunity to set up the new Legal Division for the Midlands region. She is incredibly proud that this division has gone from strength to strength over the last 12 years and continues to grow and develop. Her current role looks after specialist teams across both the legal and local Government sector, covering the Midlands, East of England, the Northern Home Counties and the South West.

Working closely with colleagues across the network of offices, together she have established the as market leaders in locum legal recruitment across both the public and private sectors as well as niche interim specialists across the Local Government sector. She is currently work with the majority of Local Authorities across the UK, not only within the legal sector but also across Public Health, Social Care, SEND/Educational Services, Capital Programmes & Infrastructure, Change and Transformation, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, Audit, Risk and Governance.

Emma is excited to be part of the continued growth and success, not only of the teams, but also the wider expansion and achievements of Venn Group as leaders in the temporary, interim and contract market. She is incredibly proud of what Venn Group and its people have achieved since the company formed in 2001. The growth has been built on a collaborative team based approach, a genuine belief in meritocracy and a culture of honesty and integrity, that fits well with the own personal values.
