Pete began their career in 1992 as a Production Process Manager at General Mills. Pete then joined McKinsey & Company in 1998, where they worked their way up to Partner over the next four years. In 2002, Pete left McKinsey to join Boston Scientific as VP and General Manager of their Cardiac Electrophysiology division. Pete spent 13 years at Boston Scientific, during which time they helped grow the division into a successful business unit.
In 2015, Pete left Boston Scientific to join McKinsey & Company as a Partner. Pete worked at McKinsey for three years before leaving to become the Chief Executive Officer of Respicardia in 2018. Pete held this position for four years before joining Vensana Capital as an advisor in 2022.
