Dan Thompson

Dan Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and risk management. Currently serving as Chief Benefits Officer at Vensure Employer Services and Namely since January 2022 and January 2023 respectively, Dan has also held leadership positions as CEO, Founder, and Division President at Thompson Risk and Clinical Wellness Network since June 2018. Prior experience includes an Employee Benefits Client Advisor role at Gulfshore Insurance, where Dan became an Agency Partner in 2011, and roles in sales and management at ADP, Schwarz Pharma, and Paychex. Dan holds an MBA in Business Administration from Hodges University and a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from Salisbury University.
