Dean Lampe

Dean Lampe is an experienced professional in implementation and operations management, currently serving as the Implementation Team Lead at Vensure Employer Solutions since August 2024. Prior to this role, Dean was a Senior Implementation Consultant at EmPower HR from October 2019 to August 2024 and held various positions at Guardian Credit Union from July 2002 to October 2016, including SVP of Operations and VP of Operations. Dean's extensive background also includes business development at Payroll Complete and sales support at BSI. Dean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Lubar College of Business and has completed the CUNA Management School program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
