Don Hicks

Don Hicks, MPA, serves as the Area Vice President for the Midwest Region at Vensure Employer Solutions since July 2016, after previously holding positions including Regional Sales Manager and Business Consultant at Sheakley HR, Powered by Vensure Employer Services. With extensive experience in employee benefits, sales, and consultation across various industries, Don has contributed to organizational growth and optimization throughout their career. Earlier roles include Client Executive at Hylant specializing in employee benefits, and various sales positions with ReachLocal, McCann Associates, LexisNexis, American Express, ADP, Thomson Reuters Westlaw, Computer Associates, Inc., and the United States Department of Defense, where Don managed significant revenue targets and provided strategic solutions. Don holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Villanova University.
