Bohuslav Dvorak is currently a Staff Scientist at Roche, where technical leadership is provided in the development of in situ hybridization assays for advanced staining platforms since February 2014. Previously, Dvorak served as the Director of Perinatal Research and held the Ellrodt-Schweighauser Family Endowed Chair in Perinatal Research at NorthShore University HealthSystem from June 2013 to January 2014. Dvorak's academic career spanned over two decades at The University of Arizona, from February 1992 to June 2013, with roles as Professor, Research Associate Professor, and Research Assistant Professor, focusing on gastrointestinal inflammation pathogenesis and training students at various academic levels. Dvorak holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the Institute of Microbiology of the Czech Academy of Sciences and a Master’s Degree from the University of Pardubice.
