Katie White is a highly experienced staff scientist at Roche, where engagement in assay reagent development since May 2009 has included designing experiments, coordinating cross-functional work, and training new employees. Prior roles at Roche encompassed senior scientist responsibilities in assay and reagent development, focusing on characterizing and testing products through all development stages, as well as an intern role that transitioned into a full-time position post-PhD. Earlier experience includes tutoring and teaching assistant positions at the University of Arizona for biochemistry and math, and research associate work at the USDA-ARS focused on biological control of pest populations. Katie White earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from the University of Arizona between 2004 and 2010.
