Tom's career includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer at Global Solar Energy and Johnson Controls, where skills in data analysis and Six Sigma LEAN process optimization were honed. Experience at Whitetail Canyon as Seasonal Ranch Project Manager involved maintaining critical infrastructure at an off-grid ranch, applying knowledge in civil, hydrology, electrical, and mechanical engineering, as well as veterinary sciences. Earlier positions include a tenure as a bartender at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. and as Assistant Store Manager at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Tom holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Science and Technology from the University of Arizona and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Pima Community College.
