Kevin Chesser Jr.

Kevin Chesser Jr., CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Property Accounting at Ventas, Inc., a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin was an Audit Manager at FORVIS from June 2022 to August 2023, and previously worked at BKD CPAs & Advisors in various capacities, including Senior Audit Associate II and Audit Associate, from September 2017 to May 2022. Kevin also gained experience as an Accounting and Finance Intern IV at LG&E and KU Energy LLC from January 2015 to June 2017, and as an Assistant at Big Blue CPAs in 2014. Kevin completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Louisville from 2013 to 2017.
