Nick del Giudice

Nick Del Giudice has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation & benefits. Nick currently holds the position of Vice President at Ventas, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing the company's compensation programs, health & welfare benefits, retirement benefits, and human capital management systems. Prior to this role, Del Giudice held the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits at Ventas from 2013 to 2018. Before joining Ventas, they served in various roles at A. M. Castle & Co., including Director of Employee & Labor Relations, Director of Compensation & Benefits, Corporate Manager of Compensation & Benefits, and Corporate Internal Auditor. Throughout their career, Del Giudice has demonstrated expertise in managing HR staff, implementing total rewards programs, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and directives.

Nick Del Giudice earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from Marquette University between the years of 1986 and 1990. Nick further pursued higher education and completed a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2003 to 2005.
