Susan Schira has extensive work experience in business management, finance, and analysis roles. Susan started their career as a Staff Accountant at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. in 1988. Susan then worked as a Controller at Medair Professional Services from 1991 to 1994. After that, they served as a Program Manager for Finance at Mental Health Services for Clark Co. from 1994 to 1997, where they championed the migration to an ADP payroll system. Susan then joined SAIC in 1997, where they held various roles such as Operations Controller, Financial Planning, and Analysis Manager, Business Unit Finance Manager, and Business Unit Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Susan contributed significantly to process efficiencies, improved rate pools, and successfully conducted client audits. In 2013, they joined National Government Services as a Business Manager until 2016. Currently, Susan is working as the Director of Business Management at Ventech Solutions, where they are responsible for financial management, project control, and producing financial deliverables for CMS.

Susan Schira earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Wright State University between 1984 and 1988. Susan later obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, Susan also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in June 2023.
