Milver Valenzuela

Milver Valenzuela has extensive experience in program management and leadership roles. Milver started their career at Texas A&M University as a Research Assistant before moving on to work as a Graduate Engineer at AECOM Consult. Milver then became a Project Manager at Dewberry, managing federal, state, and local engineering projects. Milver co-founded Syndeste LLC, focusing on natural hazard understanding. At MetroStar Systems, they were a Program Manager overseeing IT enterprise systems. Milver then co-founded Blue Inti LLC, concentrating on climate change solutions. Currently, at Ventera, they have held roles such as Senior Program Manager, Client and Account Manager, Senior Director, and Vice President of Delivery Excellence, responsible for leading delivery strategies and success across commercial and government business units.

Milver Valenzuela holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (1996-2001), a Master's degree in Water Resources and GIS from Texas A&M University (2002-2003), and an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Project Management from George Mason University - Costello College of Business (2008-2010). Additionally, Milver has obtained various certifications in fields such as project management, Agile frameworks, and product management.
